Ground - Wellness & Workshops: Pilates with Claire Hawkins

A weekly Pilates class designed to help you reconnect to your body and move in a way that feels uplifting and energising.  Led by Yoga and Pilates teacher Claire Hawkins classes are taught with a warm approach that focuses on making you feel supported and confident.  Blending mindful movement, strength and mobility, each session offers a welcoming space for all levels.  Expect feel good movement, fresh air and beautiful surrounds.
