a) Tour Bookings made via phone or on-site – when booking a tour over the phone or on-site, we will take a purchasers name, email address, telephone number and payment information (such as credit or debit card details). b) Financial transactions and invoice processes relating to our services are handled by the Sandridge Barton team through accountancy software Xero. Xero stores both customer & supplier data in relation to invoicing and processing payments, refunding such payments and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds.
At the end of each financial year, we share data contained by Xero such as full names, home/business addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and banking information with our accountant, Creasys (Brockbourne House, 77 Mount Ephraim, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN4 8BS) only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing our end of year accounts.
