The Rooms

This charming four-bedroom converted farmhouse is perfect for a relaxing stay for up to eight guests, with the Sandridge Barton winery, restaurant and shop right on your doorstep.

Ground Floor:

The downstairs of the property is largely composed of an open plan kitchen/dining/living area, with views over the orchards and the small vineyard planted on site. A utility room to the side comes equipped with a washer, dryer and sink, and access to the garden. The main exit to the garden is from the rear of the property just before entering the ground floor bedroom which can be either a twin or king with an en-suite and a large walk-in shower.

At the bottom of the stairs there is a small WC.

First Floor:

The first bedroom you come to upstairs is the master bedroom, with an en-suite equipped with a walk-in shower, bath and double basin vanity unit.

The other two bedrooms on the first floor are super-kings which can be changed to singles on request, with en-suites and large walk-in showers.

All bedrooms in Lower Well Farmhouse are at the front of the property and therefore enjoy views over the orchards and small vineyard.

At the rear of the property is the south-facing courtyard. With garden furniture provided, this is a perfect space for outside dining in the all-day sun. And with the vineyard walk right on your doorstep you may find yourself exploring the orchard and woods leading you up to the newly-planted ‘stony field’ vineyard.

The Surroundings

You are welcome to explore your surroundings but please be mindful that Sandridge Barton estate is a working farm / vineyard so take care to avoid outbuildings and farm machinery.

Opportunities to attend Guided Tastings or to dine in the on-site restaurant are extremely accessible when staying in Lower Well Farmhouse so please do not hesitate to get in touch with help making bookings.
