Built in 2020, our new state-of-the-art winery is where all our wine is made and bottled. The close proximity to the vineyards means it's only a short journey for the grapes at harvest time, helping to keep our carbon footprint low and ensuring that the fruit arrives in the winery as fresh as possible. We carefully manage every aspect of the winemaking process from fruit selection and pressing right through to bottling, including (of course) the sampling!
In August 2020 we completed the build of our high-tech winery, just in time for harvest. This is where all the winemaking takes place. All our wine is made and bottled in-house and we mature it in various vessels including oak barrels and stainless steel tanks.
As we grow into our new space, we are adjusting our methods and trialling new ideas in order to get the best out of our Dart Valley grapes. New equipment in 2021, such as a sparkling wine disgorging line, gyro-pallets and an assortment of new tanks and barrels allow us to improve and develop our much-loved wines.
